Shipping & Processing Times

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible once items are ready. Most products are handmade and created on an ongoing basis, so availability can vary slightly by item type.

• Handmade cat toys and small goods:
  Typically ship within 2–3 business days.

• Apparel and made-to-order items:
  Processing time may be slightly longer depending on size availability and production, as these are created to order. These will ship as soon as they are completed (5-7 business days)

We work on orders daily and always aim to get your package out the door as soon as possible. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
